Optional integrations or credentials you choose to connect. Secrets stored in Vault are used to operate requested features and are not shown back in plain text inside the product.

To provide, secure, maintain, and improve otium and its cloud computer workspaces.

To review hiring applications, contact applicants, and plan onboarding or consultation calls.

To process user instructions, run tasks, sync conversations, deliver notifications, and support collaboration features.

To troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and comply with legal obligations.

To respond to inquiries and arrange demos or consultations.

To communicate service updates, support responses, and product-related notices.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, or support otium.

Messages, files the AI reads, and browser screenshots used during a task are sent to the AI model provider that runs the task, such as Anthropic or, where configured, DeepSeek.

Push notification previews of up to 180 characters are delivered through Expo's notification service. Account and service data is hosted on Amazon Web Services.

Inquiries submitted through our contact form are stored on our servers and sent by email to our team.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

You can request account deletion or data access by contacting support@otium.team. We will verify the request before acting on it.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

otium is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
