These terms govern your use of otium websites, apps, and cloud computer service.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of otium, including our websites, apps, cloud computer workspaces, AI-assisted workflows, and related support services.

By creating an account, accessing otium, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using otium on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

otium provides cloud computer workspaces and AI-assisted agents that can use browsers, files, tools, connected accounts, and user-provided instructions to help complete tasks.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account or workspace.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is compromised, abusive, or violates these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written agreement.

Payments, invoices, receipts, taxes, chargebacks, and some buyer communications may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record or payment processor.

Prices, included features, and plan limits may change. We will provide notice where required by law or where the change materially affects an active subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use otium to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, spam, scrape where prohibited, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

You may not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of otium or use the service in a way that harms other users, third-party services, or our infrastructure.

Your content

You retain ownership of content, instructions, files, credentials, and other materials you provide to otium.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Third-party services

otium may interact with third-party websites, apps, models, infrastructure providers, and services at your direction or as needed to operate the product.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, their availability, or actions they take with respect to your accounts or content.

Confidentiality and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service and user data.

No internet service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for deciding which accounts, credentials, files, and workflows are appropriate to connect to otium.

Disclaimers

otium is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-assisted work will meet every expectation or business requirement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, otium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for otium during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using otium at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or fail to pay amounts due.

After termination, some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons.
